Who can apply?

This is applicable for students whose father/mother is working in any pharmaceutical company / CMO / CRO in India under QA / QC / R&D / Manufacturing / Commercial / Regulatory Department. 
Students from Jr. KG to 12th std who have passed out in the academic year 2025-2026 are eligible to apply.

How to apply?

Applicant will have to fill in the Online Application Form and submit it. Ensure that the Name of the school, Board, Standard passed, Student's name, Parent’s name, aggregate marks and other details are entered correctly while submitting the form.

Once submitted, there will be no change possible in the form.

Read the guidelines thoroughly before you start filling up the application form.

Download and take print of SOTAX DISSOLUTION TESTER and colour it. Any type of colours can be used.

Compulsory Enclosures to be kept ready and uploaded in the online application form:

1. Report Card of the academic year 2025-2026.
   (Please note: The academic year, name of the school, board, passed standard, child’s name, parent’s name and total marks must be clearly visible on the report card)
2. The coloured / painted picture of SOTAX DISSOLUTION TESTER to evaluate the creativity skill of the applicant.
3. Copies of all the certificates/testimonials of Extra Curricular activities of academic year 2025-2026 only.

Each of the above files must be in .JPG format with less than or equal to 1MB in file size.

Clarity on certificates:

Participation: Taken part in a competition and got a participation certificate.

Merit: Taken part in a competition and won a rank/certificate of excellence.

Note: Course certificates and skill upgrading will not be considered for evaluation.

Entry forms must reach us latest by: 30th June 2026 [10:00 AM IST]

Applications received after 30th June’2026 will be either rejected or will be considered for consolation prize only.

Evaluation Criteria

• 70% weightage for academic achievement and 30% for extracurricular activities.
• The applicant needs to achieve an aggregate of minimum 50% score to be a rank holder.
• The performance in academic year 2025-26 shall be considered for both academic & extracurricular activities.
• Students of SSC, CBSE/ICSE/Others shall be evaluated separately, and scholarship shall be announced. The location/state of the school will be considered for evaluation.
• Result announcement would be state wise, class wise and board wise.

Rejection or disqualification:

• Course completion certificates, online quizzes, certificates not properly attested will not be considered for evaluation.
• Application not properly filled will be rejected/disqualified.
• Paintings of siblings if found to be identical will not be considered for evaluation.

Judgement

A panel of judges including Industrial professionals and academicians shall evaluate the applications based on criteria laid down.
The judge's decision in awarding the 1, 2 and 3 prize winners shall be final and binding.
No communication shall be entertained once the prizes are declared and distributed.

Prize & Certificate

All participants shall be given a consolation prize and certificate.
Prizes will be handed to the prize winner only, hence actual presence is a must during the prize distribution ceremony.
